Home & apartment control

A healthy home. Protected every day.

One interface brings together indoor climate, dehumidifiers, safety sensors and cameras. The solution is especially relevant for homes and apartments in Montevideo and coastal Uruguay, where remote humidity control helps protect health, equipment and interiors.

01

For health & safety

Stable humidity and clean air help reduce dampness, mold and allergens. A gas sensor monitors the room continuously and immediately warns about a possible leak or dangerous concentration.

02

For equipment safety

Leak sensors warn about water before it damages appliances, electronics, furniture or engineering systems.

03

For the property

Automatic dehumidification protects walls, furniture, textiles and stored belongings from condensation, corrosion and prolonged humidity. A water sensor detects leaks immediately, sends an alert and can automatically shut off the water supply.

Away mode

Leave for months without leaving the apartment unattended.

The system continues to monitor humidity, temperature, leaks, gas, power and doors. You can remotely start a dehumidifier, change its target level, check the cameras or allow a trusted person temporary access.

  • Automatic activation when humidity rises
  • Instant alerts to your phone
  • Equipment status and energy use
  • Event history for the entire trip

About the developer

Designed individually for every project.

I have already created more than 30 applications, many websites, and full visual systems for industrial products. For smart systems I develop the interface and visualization myself, adapting every screen, control and dashboard to a specific task instead of using a generic template.

30+applications built 5+years in design Networks & systems specialized education

I live and work in Montevideo, Uruguay, so local conditions and the needs of Uruguayan homes and businesses are considered from the start. The interface, operating logic and system integration are designed with a full understanding of real engineering processes and safety requirements, including sensor states, failure scenarios and protective constraints.
